According to anonymous sources the development team behind L.A. Noire, who were formerly known as Team Bondi, have been let go after their Whore of the Orient project failed to secure a publisher.

Developer High Moon Studios has annouced that Deadpool: The Game will be launching on the 25th June for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game will feature a lower cost that standard: $49.99 USD for PS3 and 360, and $39.99 on PC.

The base building, NPC recruiting and zombie apocalypse surviving open world that is State of Decay has finally got a firm release date. It will be shuffling onto Xbox Live Arcade this June. No word on PC yet.

A 1990's platforming champion is set to re-release this summer as SEGA air a trailer teasing a very modernised Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse. It has been spotted for XBLA before as art leaked.
The title was also listed on the Brazilian ratings board. The SEGA Mega Drive classic is certainly high up on the list of awesome platforming gems from the 16-bit era.

Fancy a blast of nostalgia in the ears? Rockstar Games has gone ahead and "compiled the official set of playlists" for the Grand Theft Auto series, including Chinatown Wars. Some tracks are missing however.
Only music already available via the two services are included in the playlists, but Rockstar hope to "add the original songs" created for the games. Only want to listen to the commercials?

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Flashback, Ubisoft is developing an HD version that will be rendered in 3D for the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.

Ubisoft is working with Pwnee Studios to bring an indie title called Cloudberry Kingdom to the PC, PlayStation 3, PS Vita, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Mac in Summer 2013.

Warner Bros. Interactive's new internal studio, WB Games Montreal, is working on its first major project, Batman: Arkham Origins. The developer had worked on the Wii U version of Arkham City (which was called the Armored Edition), but fans are still worried about a new company taking over for Rocksteady.

Capcom has announced in a brief statement that Lost Planet 3's launch has been delayed two months. The game, which was due to be released in June, will now get released on the 27th August in North America and the 30th August in Europe.
