Microsoft has confirmed that Star Ocean: The Last Hope is to be released on February 19th in Japan and March 3rd in America, although no date was given for a European release.

Exclusive for the Xbox 360, although Square has said in the past that Star Ocean: The Last Hope could be developed for the PlayStation 3 in the future, but at this time there are no plans to do so.

Strategy Informer recently had the chance to ask Jorgen Tharaldsen, Product Director for Funcom, a few questions relating to the recently released MMO Age of Conan, which has been released on the PC, but is also expected for the Xbox 360.

Funcom has been quiet about the Xbox 360 version of Age of Conan, so we asked Jorgen Tharaldsen how development for this version is coming along, and he told us that the Xbox 360 version is not the companies key priority as there are a massive amount of PC gamers already playing the game.

Shipping first and patching later is becoming more and more the norm instead of the exception. Recent stories indicate that both Fable 2, by Microsoft Game Studio, and LittleBigPlanet, by Sony will both ship without some of the features promised by developers.

The official MGS blog, Gamerscore, said recently that Fable 2 "will be able to play the single player and local co-op on day one, they are still making tweaks to the online co-op. Don't worry, it is definitely still coming". The blog post also adds that they expect to patch the game the first week after release to include the online co-op play.
