Square planning DLC for Final Fantasy XIII
Square-Enix has revealed that it might release DLC for Final Fantasy XIII once it's released, but it won't expand the story.
"We are exploring the option of downloadable content, perhaps adding new areas, items or enemies, but these would not be expansions to the story, only the gameplay. The entire story of FF13 will be on the disc." said Yoshinori Kitase, producer on Final Fantasy XIII.

Rare's upcoming Project Natal games might not be what you think, as a job listing revealed that the UK developer is looking for new staff that don't necessarily have experience in game design.
"Your experience in games design is not necessarily important. We’re also not too bothered about what roles you have had and what games you have worked on. What we really need is the ability to think differently, think ahead and challenge the rules of what an interactive experience can be." read the job advert.

They aim for multiplayer that draws in gamers who wouldn't normally give it "the time of day." Brink changes the way "a shooter feels," with both story depth and "balls-to-the-wall action."

Aaron Greenberg has commented how all that RROD and E74 trouble is mostly behind the corporate giant now, thanks to "lower-heat chips and better cooling" for the units.
Systems "bought earlier" in the cycle were prone to issues, and that's a major reason behind their "unprecedented" three-year warranty service. Microsoft will "make it right" at no cost.
