Rumour-mill: Spielberg wants in on Halo, is resurrecting film plans?
According to sources in tinsel town, Mr Jaws/E.T./Indiana Jones himself has cast his eye on getting Stuart Beattie's 'HALO THE FALL OF REACH' script made.
The movie veteran is "blown away" by the project apparently, and given his interest in the videogames industry lately... it looks like we could get to finally see a Halo flick. Woohoo?

Delays have been rampant this year and it looks like BioWare's Dragon Age is no exception, but fear not because this delay is one of the shortest by far.
No longer shall the age of Dragons grace us on October 20th, but we can experience the life of a Grey Warden on November 3rd in North America, and on the 6th in Europe. Phew.

Sega launch teaser site for new RPG, plans to unveil on the 20th?

It's the new craze among publishers, launch a site with barely anything to go on and let the community rip itself apart with speculation and sporadic news coverage.
The site address, newrpg.sega.jp, obviously hints at a new RPG title in the works. The website itself has a spinning thing on the right hand side, which could be a clock mechanism?

Acti Blizz man Bobby Kotick would be quite happy to send those price tags soaring if he was given the reins, luckily his executive fellows laughed away his response.
Whether Kotick was poking fun or not, videogame prices are expected to start rising no thanks to increased development costs and publishers scared of more economic woe.

Recently 'Crash Course' has been announced for Left 4 Dead, a new campaign that bridges events between another two - but will it be Left 4 Dead 2 friendly?
Right now, no it's not. It's all to do with the characters and dialogue, "story-wise" it wouldn't make sense. Equally there are fans "who don't care", so they could swap in and out characters.

Acclaim's David Perry discusses Plague, a game packing nano-weapons that could generate and delete objects "in real-time." Books and a flick were planned.
Sadly it never took though as Atari "weren't ready" to handle something of that scope. Plague could see daylight in the future, it's idea though is "nowhere near done"; busy with Gaikai.
