The third piece however is for singleplayer, and presumably wedges itself into the 'Extra Missions' section on the main menu. The DLC will be for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC versions.

Valve is affirming that all that hardship on mods for the original game will be a-okay in Left 4 Dead 2, but understandably would "work better" once recompiled.
Chet Faliszek of Valve gave the news and talked up the positive response from the mod community, contrary to "disingenuous" boycotter comments. It's out this November 17th.

Gearbox would "love to do a demo," says studio writer Mikey Neumann, and they talk about it "every day" but it might never happen - they just don't know yet.
There's "a lot of factors" keeping them on the game and off a demo right now, they can't predict how time's "going to work out" on the project, but they're "doing really well" though.

Doug Lombardi of Valve has said the E3 format is partly to blame for the "confusion" whipped up after the Left 4 Dead 2 news, but mostly themselves.
L4D2 "doesn't mean" the original gets orphaned, that was something they should have said at the time admits Valve. E3 is about "new titles," it's "not really a venue" for DLC or mod tools.

The side-scrolling action puzzler Trine is a fine game boasts developer Frozenbyte, it's just the project and its relationships with publishers where trouble starts.
They'd love to have it price pointed the same "across all platforms and methods," but that's "just out of our hands." The PS3 version is half the price of the PC version, at least in the US.

An announcement is to fly from LucasArts today and soar like an eagle, well it better had after they've been mercilessly teasing fans over the weekend with tweets.
Frankly it's tough "not to start yelling about it!" twittered the official LucasArts mouth piece, offering just one hint: it'll be a treat for "old school fans." Naturally the net has gone insane.

Midway San Diego and Newcastle studios were not in the deal, with the US-based team given "a required 60-day warning," so there's a chance "a bidder could come in" and buy it.

505 Games announced today that Guilty Gear 2: Overture will be released exclusively for the Xbox 360 on 4th September 2009. Guilty Gear 2 will take fans in a bold new direction, borrowing elements from genres outside of the traditional one-on-one fighting action for which Guilty Gear has become famed.
Guilty Gear 2: Overture developer Arc System Works has blended action and real time strategy for their latest instalment, and for the first time have introduced 3D graphics the series. As well as taking control of their chosen character, players will command legions of loyal followers to crush all in their path. Battles are won and lost by destruction of opponents' strongholds, known as "Masterghosts" and by successfully defending one's own from enemy attack.

Alex Ward of Criterion has twittered a teasing line that could indicate they're bringing some old skool back to the franchise, but a later comment casts almost certain doubt.
He provides his twitter fans with "a return to the original 3DO version" of Need For Speed, but he adds it lists what he's playing and "not making fellas.." Be careful how you twitter I guess.
