While still professing his love the PC, Bleszinski has come out defending their decision to release the upcoming sequel exclusively to the Xbox 360.

He says it allows them to "laser-focus" the franchise letting them deliver "an Xbox 360 game that kicks ass, plain and simple." It's a business decision, one they needed to take.

Steve Ballmer, the big cheese at Microsoft, has rebuked claims that they've been running out of ideas to boost console sales and just opted for price cuts.

He says that all the consoles are higher in price at the start and naturally they "always come down through the long cycle." XBL is going "gangbusters" too apparently.

A rather unpleasant and understandably horrifying bug glitch has been found much to the dismay of Rock band fans; it casts bands into digital oblivion.

Apparently it's caused by having a primary Live-enabled account and a secondary non-Live account, thus is contained to Xbox 360 gamers. No solution out yet.

Strategy Informer recently had the chance to ask Jorgen Tharaldsen, Product Director for Funcom, a few questions relating to the recently released MMO Age of Conan, which has been released on the PC, but is also expected for the Xbox 360.

Funcom has been quiet about the Xbox 360 version of Age of Conan, so we asked Jorgen Tharaldsen how development for this version is coming along, and he told us that the Xbox 360 version is not the companies key priority as there are a massive amount of PC gamers already playing the game.

An invitation sent out apparently gives the greatest official nod yet to an actual Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic MMO game. Of course it could be something else.

The postcard proclaims that the "wait is over" and teases it'll blow open a project that's been "rumored about for years," but no exact reference on what.
