The Dead Money DLC for Fallout: New Vegas was for the "survival/horror experience," and so stripped our gear. This won't be happening with the others.

In Honest Hearts and Old World Blues add-ons we can "return freely to both locations" from the Mojave. Lonesome Road is returnable but "a bit different."

One of the most critically acclaimed roleplaying games of all time was developer Black Isle Studio's Planescape: Torment, which took computer roleplaying game tropes and turned them on their ear.

For example, death was not only not the end of the game, but necessary towards revealing the rest of the plot. The game was also one of the wordiest games ever, with tens of thousands of lines of dialog.

A US Air Force pilot is suing Bethesda for a grand mal seizure that was allegedly caused by The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, that caused him to get injured and lose his flight status.

Fable III demo launching on game's release on May 17 [UPDATE: No demo]

The demo for Fable III will be launching on May 17, the same day that the game will be released, according to a tweet from Major Nelson, aka Larry Hryb.

Obsidian Entertainment are determined not to have Dungeon Siege III's launch spoiled by roaming bands of bugs and glitches, unlike Fallout: New Vegas.

It's "difficult to get a game the size" of New Vegas squeaky clean, but CEO Feargus Urquhart admits that's "an excuse" that doesn't fly when "someone’s paid $60".

14 years post launch isn't too long for fans to still be digging up gems. Final Fantasy VII which came out in 1997 has just had an unused scene discovered.

The melody 'Comical' was found but wasn't known what purpose it had, but now we all know. The scene has a manager of Shinra interrupt fun times being had.

EA tease "new ways to play" Mass Effect 3, after "larger market"

The most recent news for Mass Effect 3 is its delay into Q4, which means anytime from January to March next year. EA teases something else though.

Apparently there's "new ways to play" the third instalment, and its delay was because of "purposefully shifting it to address a larger market opportunity."

The Australian Classifications Board has allowed The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings to be released in the country after an edit was made to remove a choice to take on a sexual reward.

"The modification was a small change we requested the developer to make to one scene during one of the games side quests," a Namco Bandai spokesperson told GamePron.

Bethesda Softworks today announced that three downloadable content packs will be released in the coming months for Fallout: New Vegas. The three packs will be released simultaneously for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Available on May 17th for Xbox 360 and PC and May 18th for PlayStation 3, Honest Hearts takes you on an expedition to the unspoiled wilderness of Utah's Zion National Park. Things go horribly wrong when your caravan is ambushed by a tribal raiding band...

The long established RPG series Shining by SEGA is making a comeback reveals creator Tsuyoshi Sawada; it's been 10 years since being "re-invented."

This new Shining title "sums up the whole series" and should address fan curiosity. Sawada-san wants to reveal it before they go "too far into the future."

The first official DLC for Dragon Age II is now available and it comes in 3 flavours for each of the classes; Mage, Rogue and Warrior. New armour and items on sale.

You can buy each pack separately or get the bundle which sees each class with new gear, including for your companions. Altogether its 400 MSP or BioWare Points.

CD Projekt confirms The Witcher II for consoles, 'unveils soon'

According to a report, CD Projekt's Michael Kicinski said on Polish TV that the studio has an "entirely new project" in getting The Witcher II on consoles.

Either E3 or gamescom will feature an announcement, which has long been rumoured. Tomasz Gop said it was "bound to happen" back in February.
