It all appears to be kicking off at Sierra, one of the publishing labels of Vivendi Games'. It's all down to unrest in the company that all of its titles will have to be pitched to the head honcho's at Activision (and obviously they don't like that!). | |

Peter Molyneux has said that Carbonated Games will be making three XBLA titles that will compliment Fable 2. These arcade games are too give players the chance to gamble for gold which can then be put into the upcoming RPG.
If you looking for some extra gold to line those Fable pockets then you'd best keep a keen eye on XBLA. | |

The Radar Group has said that Prey 2 will be available on PC and Xbox360 but won't reach the PS3. They've also stated that Human Head the developer of Prey will be working to bring us the sequel.
Apparently Prey 2 will be showing Valve's Portal a thing or two about portals as well. | |

Peter Molyneux has gifted the industry with many gems over the years, Populous, Theme Park, Dungeon Keeper, Theme Hospital, Black & White, Fable, The Movies etc. He's not short of things to add on his CV that's for sure.
He feels the PC has shifted more to casual gaming as it goes through its "reinventing" phase, a move he's not too happy with. | |

Three maps will be in this 'Legendary' pack and will include Ghost Town, Avalanche and a third waiting in the wings.
Bungie.net has released a Q&A on the freshly-announced Avalanche map with designers Niles Sankey and Lars Bakken plus artists Mike Buelterman and Jason Sussman weighing in their mighty Bungie brain power. | |

Photographer Paul Ferradas has said a photo he took of a model has ended up being used without consent from him or the model.
Apparently an ex-boyfriend of the model was playing Juiced 2 and recognised her in the "loading - please wait" images of the game. No comment from THQ at the moment, which may be scrambling to investigate themselves. | |

Microsoft has rewarded DTP Entertainment with the status of 3rd party publisher for the Xbox 360, which means it'll now be able to develop and publish games for the Xbox 360. | |

It's not that we didn't expect an increase in Xbox 360 consoles sold after the price drop, because we did. But a 35-40% increase is...unprecedented. That is, to the inexperienced eye. It does sound great for Microsoft, does it not? But 35-40% from how many? How many consoles went out from retailers hands after the price drop? If it's only been a few thousand, then we're talking about a couple hundred extra. | |

Sci-fi-London announced today that Electronic Arts will be the official games sponsor for this years Sci-fi-London event, the UK's only dedicated science fiction and fantastic fill festival which will run from 30th April to 4th May 2008 at the Apollo west end theater. | |
