Before the launch of Spore, which is due in September, EA shall hopefully let the world-over get their creative hands dirty in the primordial soup. The tool will let you create creatures which can then be exported into the full retail game.
There's been no official date or even whether such a thing will be free but anything that lets us wanna be Gods/evolutionists get closer to Will Wrights latest mega-galactic-sandbox creation is great news indeed. | |

The Official PlayStation blog has revealed that a new skydiving game will be released to the PlayStation Network Store this week which is entitled “Go! Sports Skydiving”. Go! Sports Skydiving is a skydiving simulator that uses the SIXAXIS motion controls to maneuver your character in the air. You can do aerial tricks, move yourself in a formation with other divers, control your landing spot, and more. | |

During a third-quarter conference call by Electronic Arts, CEO john Riccitiello confirmed that a Wii version of Rock band is currently in development. That's all we know right now. Details on the instruments that will be available haven't come through yet or an official release date but hopefully EA will provide us with more details soon. | |

Microsoft announced this morning that two titles will be making their way to the Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday, these titles are the anticipated Rez HD and Ubisoft's Chessmaster Live. Rez HD is described as a high definition update of the original game with brand new elements such as new visuals and sound effects. The game features five levels, each with its own unique visual theme, style and musical track, as well as three modes, including Easy, Main and Score Attack. | |
