According to a source, which has since asked for the story to be pulled, Activision are looking to license music from the Vietnam 'incident'.
They've been after some Cuban, African and Russian tunes too meaning we could be seeing tours in Vietnam and Cuba at the very least. Activision of course "doesn't comment" on rumour.

Champions Online's Bill Roper would be "pleasantly surprised" if Microsoft sprung a first-party MMO project on Xbox 360 at E3, it's not very likely.
According to Cryptic's Roper, Xbox boss Don Mattrick isn't too fond of the genre, he's not "a huge MMO fan." While there could be news of "sticking toes in the water", logistics an issue.

To celebrate the launch of the X-Men Origins: Wolverine video game in the UK, Activision has teamed up with Edinburgh Zoo to change the name of the UK's only male adult Wolverine to Logan in respect to the Marvel character.
This may be the most bizarre promotional campaign you've seen, but it's for a good cause as Activision has also sponsored the Zoo's wolverine enclosure and breeding programme to help ensure that Edinburgh Zoo can continue its breeding programme throughout 2009 and 2010.

Overlord II releases June 26th, New Gameplay Trailer Released

Codemasters today announced that Overlord and his Minions will return in Overlord II on June 26th for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Games for Windows. Ahead of release, gamers can see the maniacal Minions in malevolent motion in the new 'Minion Maximus' gameplay video, now available from Strategy Informer.
In Overlord II the Minions return stronger, smarter, deadlier (and funnier) and are ready to fight in epic battles that will see them squaring up to the Legions of a new enemy - the Glorious Empire. Their horde mentality is as wild and outrageous as ever and their loyalty to their Overlord has not changed - they'll do anything and everything that's commanded of them (and then a bit more) to aid their masters' quest to destroy or dominate the land.

Darwinia developer Introversion has already published their blogs describing what a "crap" year 2008 was for them, but now things are bright again.
Gone is the total despair, but it's still a "major slap in the face" to miss out on the indie revolution. Right now the studio has all the eggs in one "Microsoft shaped basket," not ideal.
