Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 review

The Medal of Honor series just doesn't want to end. The somewhat over-crowded World War II shooter genre has just about seen it all, with ubiquitous competent titles. Most of the games in the Medal of Honor series are included in these competent titles, spanning all platforms. The series had it's first entry in 1999, so nearly ten years is plenty of time for refinement. Enter Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, played by Mike Jennings, does this game add another notch of success to the series? The platform is somewhat limited, does that prove too much of a burden? The author shares his opinion.

Conclusion (7.7):
This is an impressive title, especially for a handheld machine not really renowned for first-person shooter titles. Gameplay is tight, well-designed and addictive – however brief – and this is backed up with evocative graphics and hugely enjoyable Teutonic battles. Well worth a purchase, especially if you're looking for some high-octane portable action – you'll not find much better to occupy you on dull train journeys thanks to fast-paced, genre-typical action, decent graphics and varied gameplay.

Why terrible? Do you mean the WWII setting (which "CoD5" will be), the graphics, the gameplay (all 7 hrs of it) or just the whole package? I'll never play it, but will Stormbreeze improve the "MoH" series (just re-igniting the rumour there)?
