How to innstall the game is quite easy, first off you need a program to extract the file, as it is a .rar file.
This is most commonly winRAR, then you go to your Amnesia folder containing the "redist" folder, click in there. And then extract the file into "custom_stories" in there. It's that simple.
(The most common place where "Amnesia - The Dark Descent" is placed is either in steamapps or in Programfiles)
