Assassin's Creed: Revelations will be receiving The Lost Archive DLC package next week at the end of the month. Ubisoft has now spilled the Animus-simulated beans on what to expect.

Fans get to explore the rather mysterious life of Subject 16; who he is and what role he's played. Additional missions in the form of puzzle-platforming will explore 'Clay Kaczmarek'.

A few days ago, GameStop revealed that a new DLC pack, "Lost Archive", was being released for Assassin's Creed: Revelations on the 28th February. The Major Nelson blog has confirmed that UbiSoft's unannounced downloadable content will be coming to Marketplace on that date.

Major Nelson also revealed that a FIFA Street demo will be hitting on the 28th as well.

GameStop sells downloadable content for games these days, even for unannounced DLC it seems, as the "Lost Archive" DLC for Assassin's Creed: Revelations has appeared on the site for $14.99 USD.

New evidence has arisen that seems to indicate Ubisoft is developing a new Desmond Miles-centric downloadable content for Assassin's Creed: Revelations. The evidence is based on Achievements for the game that were spotted by Xbox 360 Achievements.

Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot claims that this year's Assassin's Creed game will be the biggest one in the series so far.

Talking with MCV, Guillemot is confident that the next title will calm any feelings that annual instalments in the series are starting to dilute the franchise. It's believed that Ezio Auditore will not be the main protagonist in the next game, but a new, fresh, hero will take his place.
