This is an updated version of the BFMod. It is for SP/COOP modes only.

Installation -
1. DELETE the old BFMod folder first.

2. Extract zipfile to the Battlefield1942/Mods folder.

3.Locate the init.con file in the Mods/bf1942 folder. Add this line: game.addModPath Mods/BFMod

Your init.con file should look like this now -

game.CustomGameName BF1942
game.addModPath Mods/BFMod/
game.addModPath Mods/BF1942/
game.setCustomGameVersion 1.61
game.setCustomGameUrl "http://www.battlefield1942.com"

Game.setMenuMusicFilename "music/slaughter4.bik"

Game.setCampaignLoseMusicFilename "music/theme2.bik"
Game.setDebriefingMusicFilename "music/briefing.bik"

Or, just copy/paste the above section to your init.con file.

This updated version has several tweaks to the kits, maps and sounds.

I have also included the two latest maps Khirosha and Kwai River in the package.

Map Adjustments -

CrossRoads -
New pathmaps, controlpoint values adjusted for gameplay, new ambient sounds(44kHz only).

Desert Airfield -
Controlpoint values adjusted for gameplay, new ambient sounds(44kHz only).

Foresta Sherdan -
New pathmaps, rain intensity increased, new ambient sounds(44kHz only).

Holy Ground -
Controlpoint values adjusted for gameplay, new ambient sounds(44kHz only).

Khirosha -
All vegetation redone, new terrain shadows, village spawnpoints adjusted, new pathmaps, water adjustments, new ambient sounds(44kHz only).

Kwai River -
COntrolpoint values adjusted for gameplay, water adjustments, new ambient sounds(44kHz only).

Tunis -
Controlpoint values adjusted for gameplay, new ambient sounds(44Khz only).

Tobruk II -
Removed from mod. It was a pointless modification in hindsight.
