It's a self extracting file, just DL, scan with virus scanner, if no viruses than extract and run. But before you do please bak all files. Or just make a system resote point. If you're simply asking how to start this mod, than open up your program files go to BF2 folder and look for the mod folder in there should be a exe for the mod just run it there or add short cut to desktop.
