the city had thrived below the big dam...living good with the low cost of
electric....but...the terrorists knew shutting down these electric producing dams
would be costly to the american people...but we were to late...

the terrorists had set bombs on the dam and blew the center area out..flooding
the lower city...they are now setting more explosives to blow the lower part of
the dam..you must stop them at all costs..good luck
