Binary Domain puts players in the middle of a fast-paced and intense battle for humanity in robot-invaded 2080 Tokyo. Fighting through the derelict lower levels of the city, players control an international peace-keeping squad that soon starts to question their surroundings and the choices they made. Are the robots becoming more human, or are humans becoming more like machines?

| Sega has announced that the company is slashing its income projections by almost 50% from ¥38 billion to only¥18 billion. This will result in the Japanese corporation streamlining its Western operations, which means cutting jobs and cancelling some of its titles. |

| SEGA brings Binary Domain to the PC in April (4) |
| SEGA announced today that Binary Domain is in development for the PC and will be released in April 2012. After listening to fan feedback, SEGA decided that there was enough interest in a PC version to go ahead with development. |
