Before installing: Back up your data folder and ensure that the game is fully patched first.
Next, download and extract the mod to your Blood Bowl Chaos Edition/ folder. Overwrite everything requested.
Default location for the DVD version of the game is your C:/Progam Files/ directory. For Steam users, it is your Steam/Steamapps/Common/ directory.
