Added some error routines and checks, hopefully trapped this Error 9 people having with player kick/ban.
If not then more messages to trace it hopefully.
Fixed populate problems introduced with COD 1.3 patch, at least they improved communications to RCON tools :D
Fixed slight bug on player auto populate sometimes getting out of sync
Finally remembered to change Progress box to display text properly.
NOTE for Updating 1.2 to 1.3
You will have to un-install the 1.2 version and re-install 1.3. 1.3 uses some new system controls.
IF you wish to keep any messages sets you have created in 1.2 then I suggest you backup the Rcon4COd.INI file.
When you install the new version, open both files in an editor (For example Notepad) and copy/past the message section over. Please make sure you remove the default set at the same time.
Also please note the nature of some of the changes has made testing difficult, the Auto 999 player kick routine has had little live testing. If you find and problems then please post them on the forum link on the Help Menu with as much supporting info as possible.
Player list not populating messages is likely to be caused by users behind a router requesting data for a large number of players.
By default routers do NOT allow fragmented UDP packets through as this can be a way of causing Denial of Service (DOS) attacks
The Query checkbox allows a smaller query (Less player information) version which can be used instead, you can still kick/temp & Ban people.

Added list of CFG files found on server main dir, these can be executed !** AT OWN RISK **, I have no idea what cfgs contain
(Useful to set cfg files up for particular reasons, like changing to another gamemode, clanbase, or a MOD)
Added Map Rotation option, this allows you to set the mode and maps that will occur next. When cycle complete server reverts to the map rotation it loaded with.
