Utility: COD2 Player Notifier 1.1

Requirements: Windows platform (tested on XP only) with .NET Framework 2.0 installed.
Description: This utility automatically monitors the (COD2)server of your choice and
notifies you when a player enters or leaves the server. The notification
consist of balloon-popup with an extra sound-notification option for when
you want to play but are afk.
Installation: Unzip to a directory of your choice.
Usage: Start the application by running the file ServCheck.exe
First use: Be sure to right-click the ServCheck icon and change the settings to monitor
the server of your choice. When the settings are done the application will
notify you whenever a player joins or quits the monitored server.
CHANGES FROM 1.0 TO 1.1
* Changed to new sounds.
* Added "server is down"-functionality (icon changes, sound notification)
* Added "server is online"-functionality (icon changes, sound notification)
* Added possibility to play sounds from settings-form.
* Fixed bug that prevented settings to update without restarting the application
