Desert DPM (v2)

Description:
changes the US marines unifrom to that of the British army. US flag replaced
as British flag. Digital desert camo replaced with desert DPM and all gear
(vests, holster, puches, etc) made green.
Install:
Simply place the iwd file into your COD4 main directory
