Installation:

Put folder SpecOps to your mod folder.
specops.rar/Mods/specops
to
Call of Duty 4 - Modern warfare/mods/

Add a shortcut to IW3SP.exe
Right click->Properties
The "target" should look something like this:
"C:\Pelit\Activision\Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare\iw3sp.exe"
Add +set fs_game mods/specops after it, so it will look like this:
"C:\Pelit\Activision\Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare\iw3sp.exe" +set fs_game mods/specops
