I installed the game, after all the fanfare had subsided (got it free with my graphics card). and decided to see if it could be any better than the tragic "CIV III". Okay I'll have a turn, then another just to see how it plays out compared to Civ2 (my fave). Twelve hours later, with 3/4 of the world conquered and my continent looking like a mass pollution zone, I dragged my numb butt from my chair and fixed some dinner. Verdict: stay away if you have a liklihood of addiction to a PC game. Because this one will eat up your life. Excellent all round.
