how do u install this?

EDIT: I installed it but it wont load right. File CIV4BasicInfos.xml is "incomplete according to the DTD/Schema. Wanna tell me how to fix this? It also mentions something about "Current XML file is: Art/CIV4ArtDefines_Feature.xml"

Hi, I'm tsentom1, the original author of this mod. I'm not sure who uploaded here - nor do I mind - however the mod itself has been updated since it was hosted. As per the other comment there were a few bugs with the initial release that prevented people from playing and slowed down the game.
