Above is a link to the official 3.19 BtS patch released by firaxis. This mod requires the 3.19 patch in order to play, also it's just a good idea to keep your game updated. Failure to patch, or not launching as an admin on Windows Vista is the most common cause of problems when playing this mod (both cause catastrophic failure, so patch to 3.19 and launch as an admin if your computer uses Windows Vista).
