Readme File:
Umm readme comes with the folder but ok Step 1: Unzip the folder onto your desktop.
Step 2: Take the INI file and Put it into your generals data folder.
Other Step 2: If you have a INI folder in your generals ZH data folder then put Rank.INI (witch is in my INI folder) into your INI folder Good Luck.
