i have installed my zero hour in "E:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour". Then i extract "install.zip" from this download mod in "E:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour". But when i execute "NProject Mod" shortcut, there was an error said "Failed to copy the file 'E:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Data\Scripts\SkirmishScripts.scb' to 'E:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Data\Scripts\SkirmishScripts.scb'.backup(error 2: system cannot find the file specified)". Can you tell me about my mistake??

How to install this mod:
1. Extract the ZIP file
2. Copy the [00nproject.BIG] file to "Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data" folder in your "My Documents" directory
3. To play the NProject Mod, use the included shortcut file (NProject Mod.lnk)
4. If you want to play normal Zero Hour, use the original shortcut in the Start Menu

If you have the previous NProject mod version, just replace the old [00nproject.BIG] file with the new one.

Make sure there is no other mod installed. Two or more mods conflicting each other. Except you used the mod manager.

i installed my zero hour and i have done what is explained in your read me and what i got is that :
when it comes to load the nprojectbeta, it stops and this message appeared :
"serious error ...... this errors can be encoutred because of viruses,overheated hardware or disqualification of the minimum system requirement. " and it requests that i contact technical support. pleas help me what i have to do!
