Contra is freeware modification (or simply - mod) for Generals: Zero Hour real time strategy game. This mod adds over 100 new units as well as new upgrades, new general's powers, buildings and 3 new generals. New music, quality graphics and sounds for normal Zero Hour units are added too.
Contra adds in C&C Generals: Zero Hour 3 new general for 1 on every side, and also changes all existing generals.
Contra is skirmish/multiplayer mod. It does not have missions and challenge mode (Gen chelenge and new misions under construction).
Contra is a 'standalone' mod - it won't work in conjunction with any other mods
and AI patches you may have installed, so remove them before you install it.

Contra requires Generals Zero Hour version 1.04.

USA Generals:

Cybernetic General
General Ironhand's main units are drones.
His superweapon reloads quickly.
The drones are fast and immune to toxins, radiation,
neutron weapons, snipers and hijackers.
His ultimate mech unit, Fafnir, is versatile and effective against everything.

Air Force General
General Granger can build a defense and perform air assaults from behind.
His jets are cheaper and more effective.
F-117 is a good dozer hunter.
F-23 is an anti-aircraft plane.
F22A “king raptor” is the tank-killer.
Aurora Alpha is an anti-building plane.
Hercules transport can perform infantry Paradrops.

Laser General
General Townes uses lasers.
His main battle unit is the Paladin.
Laser Crusaders are fire support units.
Microwave tanks are anti-infantry units.
Libra and Omega Cannon are artillery units.
Low-tech lasers are good against tanks and buildings but weak against infantry.

Super Weapon General
General Alexander has powerful defenses and numerous super weapons she can fire from her fortified bases.
Tomahawk Storm will easily wipe out enemy troops.
Particle Cannon and Aurora Beta are strong versus buildings.
Blackout Missiles cut off enemy power.
China Generals:

Flame General
General Bao’s main weapons are incendiary weapons.
Fire is very effective against buildings.
His low-tech units should avoid direct tank battles,
but Bao's advanced vehicles will reduce his enemies into cinders.

Nuke General
General Tao’s main weapons are nuclear weapons.
Most of his units have insanely high damage but extremely low armor.
He doesn't have bunkers.
The best defense is attack.

Infantry General
General Fai’s main weapon is numbers.
He can attack with swarms of infantry.
Wheeled tanks can quickly explore the map.
Hackers and Black Lotus can easily disable enemy vehicles.

Tank General
General Kwai is specialized in tanks.
His low-tech vehicles are more powerful and armored than tanks of other Chinese generals.
Overlord-based tanks are even more devastating.
Under good command, his tanks are unstoppable.
GLA Generals:

Toxin General
Dr. Thrax’s uses deadly chemicals against his enemies.
Anthrax kills infantry, acid melts structures and vehicles,
and silicon clouds will not allow aircraft to fly near you troops.
Pollute the battlefield and watch your enemies slowly die.

Demolition General
General Juhziz’s main weapons are suicidal units.
Cash bounty returns some cash.
His arsenal of suicidal units includes shahids, bomb trucks, nuclear bomb trucks,
demo traps anf suicide tanks.
He has access to GLA suicidal aircraft.

Stealth General
Prince Kassad is a master of stealth.
Starts off with a GPS scrambler, most of his units are stealthed.
All units and buildings can always be invisible.
The best strategy is hit-and-run.

Assault General
General Huchum has strong tanks and powerful artillery.
His units are quite balanced in firepower and armor.
