Since there seems to be an issue with the launcher that conflicts with the bitmap image which causes this error:
'Failed to copy the file'C:Program FilesEA GamesCommand & Conquer Generals Zero:HourInstall_Final.bmp'to'C:Program FilesEA GamesCommand & Conquer Generals Zero:HourInstall_Final.bmp.backup'(error 2:system can't find the data.)

Here's a quick fix that would, hopefully, fix that error. This file is basically edited to bypass the launcher bitmap completely when you launch the mod.

HOW TO INSTALL:
-Download "BitmapBypassv2.rar" here
-Open the downloaded file.
-Extract "untitled.xml" to where you installed the mod.
-If it prompts you to replace the file, say 'yes' to it..
-Pray it works :P

Also included in this fix is for those experiencing this error:
can't open file 'default.xml'the system can't find the data"

Just for safety measure, this file is also edited to completely bypass the launcher bitmap as well.

HOW TO INSTALL:
-Download "BitmapBypassv2.rar" here
-Open the downloaded file.
-Extract "default.xml" to where you installed the mod.
-Pray it works :P
