New Technologies for Yuri's Revenge(fixed)
Hello again, I noticed some flaws in my mod earlier so here, I'm fixing them:
-Flags now belong to their appropiate faction(no longer will you build Libyan flags as Russia)
-Chrono Commando now permanently on allied side
-Chrono Ivan now permanentaly on Soviet side
-some minor spell checking errors in rules corrected
to install: extract rules into RA2 Directory
to uninstall: delete rules from RA2 Directory
