Utter Fail!
This Mod is really unbalensed, because the computer already has like 5 Kirov Airships when you have just put up a War Factory! This Mod is very unbalensed, But I do like When You play in the Campains, because your buildings construct faster and your units... Read More

This one is a bit better than the first Red Alert but not by much the nly thing that really changed is the grahpics and the story other wise it's pretty much the same
But hey it's still C&C and I enjoy playing it!
