Extract all files to:
Programs>THQ>Company of Heroes>WW2>Data>Scenarios>MP
(If you dont got the MP folder then create it)

then create a shortcut to company of heroes.exe to the desktop.
right click on it and select "Properties".

put a -dev to the end of the target:

Original:

"C:Program FilesTHQCompany of HeroesRelicCOH.exe"

After:

"C:Program FilesTHQCompany of HeroesRelicCOH.exe" -dev
