Increased Panzerfaust recharge time
Increased Walking Stuka salvo from 6 to 8

Reworked the Shock Squad (similar to Delta Force Now)

Snipers have increased hitpoints
Fixed issue with very little gib on the field
Mortar's Buffed against Building Cover and heavy cover
Grenades buffed against building cover and heavy cover
Reinforcing Troops costs the correct amounts now
Goliath's AI Capped
Sniper Caps Increased by 1 (now 4 squads)
All LOS reduced for Vehicles and Troops (now 50)

AI Should build a wider variety of units/tanks
AI should build to the same Tank Caps as Humans
AI should always build Tank Depot and Battalion Support
Fixed issue with AI Spamming StuH42's

===IMPORTANT AI NOTE:===
Severe issues arrose with the AI and as a result alot of the previous changes will either not be in effect, or they will act very oddly.
As I am no longer making Combat Revolution, I have no plans to correct this.
They are playable and I have not encounted any game crashes due to incorrect AI coding, but be advised that I cannot guarentee that they will work
properly

===IMPORTANT NOTE:===
Work on Combat Revolution for COH stopped at v3.33....this is mearly a patch for it
Combat Revolution - The Shattering of Countrys (CR:SOC) is not being made any more, due to security implementations by relic

Some issue's remain with the AI and purchasing tanks, such as sometimes not purchasing them at all.
