File type : sga (you can play without -dev in the command line).
Installing : Unzip the file.sga and save it to the following path: C: /documents and settings/YourName/ documents/My Games/Company Of Heroes/WW2/Data/Scenarios/ (If there is no folder there called Scenarios, create one and save the file.sga in the scenarios folder)
Load up Company of Heroes, and look the list of skirmish maps. If you see the custom map there it worked!
