This is the latest release candidate 1 of enhanced combat leader version 2.94 this is still in the early stages of development and you may want to play test the mod with the campaign i have and its definitely ToV and OF compatible (you can play british and german campaigns till end.) working on a tutorial mission revamp. ATM so please feel free to download and play.
