this is a reskin of the t_arctic skin
This skin is 110% made up by me and there for i own it MWHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Intaslation put this in your steam dircetory should be as follows
C:Program FilesSteamSteamApps"your_user_name"counter-strike sourcecstrike
then copy the folder into the dircetory and BAM you have a sweet new terriost skin

Notes: If you want to use or modify this file e-mail me and ask and as always Credit the owner of
