If you let me, I'd like to make a request here: could you make 2 or 3 Grand Duchies in Rus' lands?
For example: you could make the Grand Duchy (or Grand Prince) of Kiev, Grand Duchy of Novgorod and Grand Duchy of Vladimir.
This could be all titular kingdoms and could then all form into the Rus' Kingdom that already exists.
It is a huge land and it's really hard to form the Rus' kingdom, so it'd be nice to have some titular kingdoms in there.

Patch 1.06 for CK2 (If you haven't been following the Dev. Blog Posts) will be shaking up that area a lot with about 3 new de Jure Kingdoms in what was all Rus (Rus still exists, it is MUCH smaller now). I'd suggest waiting for that (which is coming out on the 26th last I checked) and seeing if you like that that setup. Just get back to me then :)
