[*]Updated to be compatible with CK2+ 1.24 and CK2 1.06b
[*]Removed the emperor exclusion on most titular titles. You can now make them as much as you want as an emperor, however the regular exclusion rules still apply (i.e. can't make a titular kingdom if you already hold 2 other king titles)
