Adds a host of titular kingdoms, sultanates and serene republics to add more flavour to the game. This allows you to make yourself a kingdom without losing your identity in some cases.

Compatible with base CK2 1.07b and CK2+ v1.31.14 HF2 mod.

Sorry for the long delay on this update guys, I had a hard drive die on me during the updating process and a busy time of my life :(

- Updated Sweet Vanilla for 1.07b Compatibility
- Updated Vanilla Plus for 1.31.14 HF2 Compatibility
- Added "dignity" values to most titular titles. This means the AI should favour their titular titles over their landed ones more often.
- Made the Kingdom of the Franks no longer require the capital to form. Still requires all its' previous requirements.
