* Updated for 1.092
* Fixed it sometimes not being possible to do the Forge Claim mission in a county you already have a claim on when your chancellor has a high enough diplomacy skill to claim the duchy (your diplomacy used to be checked instead). Do note that it'll be possible to send your chancellor to claimed provinces even if he doesn't have enough diplomacy to claim it, as there's no good way to check his diplomacy
* Crusades can now only happen after an event proclaiming the Christian world's quest to reclaim the holy land is triggered. This will generally happen somewhere between year 1090 and 1100, though it can potentially happen later. Campaigns started after the kingdom of Jerusalem has been established don't need this event for Crusades to be possible
* Ensured the capital of Rum isn't coastal
* When Rum is formed their capital will now be converted to Turkish culture, giving them a chance of spreading their culture to Anatolia
