Put the included z_objects.pak into your "Game" directory. For Example:
X:\Program Files\Eletronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Game
All credit goes to Abaddon, even though it was extremely easy to make. Feel free to post up this zip file wherever you want to, but keep the ReadMe intact!
