Not to sure if this will help but I got it off a RelicNews Forum…

How it will help… since I’m only providing the base materials… or materials for inspiration.
I did not write this nor make the pics attached to the file… just collected them (with full permissions). you also have full permissions to do what yo want but please limit credit ... for none of use made these in the first place.

P.S. to change the jpg’s into other file types…. try just renaming/rewriting (.jpg) to the desired format. ie: (.gif) or (.tga) ….. I’m not sure how to make banners and badges and frankly don’t have the time (I’m in med-school, and got lots of Homework) but when I do this it seems to change the file format, but it also may not work and in such cases just follow all of the below and ignore my suggestion. I tried doing this with the ‘AA Salamanders’ pic…thus there are three different/same versions, which could make a good badge….
