i cant figure this out dude, give more detail on how to get this thing working for us non-computer savy people.

Basically you just have to extract the content of the archive with winzip, winrar or 7zip to the directory, where you've installed "Dawn of War: Dark Crusade" (by default: "C:\Program Files\THQ\Dawn of War - Dark Crusade"). But maybe your version of Dark Crusade is set to english, then you have to rename the folder "German" in "C:\Program Files\THQ\Dawn of War - Dark Crusade\Tyranids\Locale" to "English". Maybe this helps you. If not then give more detail on what you've done so far.
