Berlin-based publisher Just A Game wins a court ruling against Russian studio Biart, developer of 'Deep Black' for PC, after their "disparaging" remarks.

The studio was also found in "breach of their contractual obligations" to JAG, and their strategic partners. Biart was denying JAG their publishing rights.
