Delaware St. John is a young man with a psychic gift that enables him to communicate with the deceased and receive visions that often lead him to the locations of previous tragedies or to someone that needs help.

The Seacliff Tragedy is the third game in the series and represents a new direction, advancing from “point and click” to real-time 3D. The story and gameplay remain in-tact from the previous games in addition to new gameplay elements associated with demons known as “Shadow People.” Players will control Delaware as he fends off these life-draining monsters in order to investigate the remains of Seacliff Amusement Park, the site where an accident caused the death of more than a hundred people just a few years earlier.

In addition to playing from Delaware’s perspective, players will also play from the perspective of Kelly Bradford, Delaware’s investigative partner and amateur ghost hunter. While not psychic, Kelly brings her own technology with her that will allow her to track paranormal events as well.
