avatar Screens look extremely tasty. I just hope the game interface is friendly enough that I don't spend all my time frantically mashing buttons to micro-manage things with the camera set at max distance instead of operating camera pan controls to enjoy the action ...

avatar Let's hope GPG wont disappoint as much as they have with Space Siege. Though this isn't in the same field as Space Siege. RTS's are what they're good with. GPG, cut it out with RPGs and do what you're best at doing.

And sort your utterly buggy online client. ...

avatar I have been playing Space Siege off and on for about a week now and it is very doubtful that I will finish it before uninstalling. I loved Dungeon Siege, it was simple and addictive, but Space Siege doesn't even meet the bar... let alone raise it.

avatar That dude with the giant hammer is so cool.

avatar You got a point there Vandal. All units are clones. Didn't noticed that before. Always prefer games that don't have a big sign: "This is a game, not a real thing!". Asking for too much ok, but power is in details.

And yep, the designer of that big hammer ...

avatar I'm really hoping that, like Vandal and Kres have pointed out, Chris Taylor has changed from his Ant Farm armies from SupCom, and gone for more individual units. If not, I'll wait for SCII.

avatar what i can see of the screenshots is a lack of variaty always the same units

but of course...
screenshots tell a little thing about the game just how it looks like so i hope the demo is worth my gaming time :p

avatar Supreme Commander 2. I loved Sup Com. Then some update to GPGNet made it impossible for me to play it online. It just hangs every single time. So I had to stop playing the game I really loved. And I don't adore GPG cause of it.
