With the announcement that the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 version of Diablo III will offer offline and LAN play, PC users on the Diablo III forums have expressed outrage.

The demonic action-RPG is heading to PlayStation 3, and even PS4, and now Blizzard has set loose the very first in-game screens of Diablo III running on Sony's to-be-replaced flagship platform.
Diablo III on PS3 will make its first public appearance this March at PAX East at the official Blizzard Booth. It'll support both online and local (couch) four-player co-op multiplayer.

Diablo III patch 1.0.7 now live in American territories

Diablo patch 1.0.7 is now available in American regions, Blizzard has announced. Players will receive an automatic download notice when logging in to the correct servers and should feel the changes with immediate effect.

Blizzard has announced an update on their work on the PvP support for Diablo III. One of the notes is that Dueling will be renamed as "Brawling", which the developer states will reinforce the idea that there's no meaningful outcome for brawls.

Activision-Blizzard has announced that the publisher enjoyed major profits in both the last quarter of 2012 and 2012 as a whole, thanks in part to the amazing sales of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
