DEEP Strategy
Even years after its release people are still playing this game, modding it, getting patches and upgrades from the developers. And most importantly they are still arguing over what nations are most powerful and whether or not there is a killer strategy. Most games of this price last about a month on my machine but this one has provided years of replayability and hasnt slowed down yet.
