New Dragon Age DLC announced

BioWare's latest DLC for Dragon Age: Origins has been revealed by the studio as Witch Hunt, which has us looking for party member Morrigan.

The hunt takes place after the events of the Origins campaign, with the team calling it the "dramatic conclusion" and it releases September 7th.

Founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk of BioWare told an audience at GDC that Baldur's Gate nearly never was, instead they wanted an MMO.

It was originally called 'Battleground Infinity' and pitched to 5 publishers, involving mythical gods. Interplay nudged them toward a D&D style RPG.

BioWare unveil 'Golems of Amgarrak' DLC for Dragon Age: Origins

The latest DLC instalment from BioWare for Dragon Age: Origins has been announced. It's called 'Golems of Amgarrak' and releases August 10th.

It involves a Dwarven expedition looking into the secrets of golem construction, when naturally things go a bit 'wrong'. For Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

Dragon Age 2's dialogue 'flexible'

A recent IGN piece on BioWare's upcoming Dragon Age 2, set for release next year, reported that only 3 dialogue choices were involved.

BioWare responds saying they're "not really sure" how they concluded that. They're also "not locked" to icons in the wheel. They're narrative "gymnasts."

BioWare patch PC Dragon Age, console games await "certification"

Developer BioWare has posted a list of all the game fixes released in their PC patch for Dragon Age: Origins and the Awakening expansion.

The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions will get this patch too once it's certified. BioWare apologize they're "unable to fix" some technical game issues.
