Its here: GC for Galaxy of Chaos: Labeled 'Galactic Chaos' (As opposed to 'Contained Chaos' for Skirmish) it isnt perfect, but the galaxy was resized, new trade routes added, and two neutral units added. Some units don't show up, and others duplicate, but this is but a minor problem in the big picture, and will be addressed. Enjoy!
